1) How do I book a room at the Hafan-y-Mor Guesthouse?
By submitting an enquiry form, we will get back to you with the availability and the price. You can also phone us on 01492 875272 or write to us at Richard & Mair Scamans Hafan-y-Mor Guest House, 8 Chapel Street, Llandudno, North Wales, LL30 2SY. To complete the booking all we require are credit card or debit card details to reserve the room. No charge is made on the card as long as the room is taken. Alternatavely you can send a £20.00 per person non-returnable deposit.
2) Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. If you are unable to fulfill your booking, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to re-let the room. Cancellation within 7 days of your arrival date will result in a 50% charge of your total accommodation if we cannot re-let the room.
3) Do you cater for vegetarians?
Yes. We have an alternative breakfast for Vegetarians including Quorn sausages and hash browns......not just the full breakfast without the meat!! We also cater for other special diets as long as you let us know in advance.
4) Do you have private parking?
Unfortunately we do not have private parking. However, there is unlimited free parking along Chapel Street and a pay and display car park only one minute away, the charge being £2.20 for 4 hours (subject to change) and 50p from 6pm - 9am.
5) Are you graded?
Yes. Hafan-y-Mor has been awarded a 3 star rating from the Welsh Tourist Board. This star rating guarantees certain recognised standards that cannot bo assured of in ungraded establishments.
6) At what time can I check in?
Check in is normally anytime after 12noon. Earlier check in can be arranged if prior notice is given. When you book a room at our guesthouse we will ask you for an estimated time of arrival. This helps us to organise our time and our childrens social life!!!!
7) What time do I need to check out?
On the day of departure, check out time is 10.00am.
8) Do you allow pets?
Sorry,we do not have the facilities to accommodate pets.
